Junior Kudra is a leadership development program for adolescent girls between the ages of 11-18 in senior secondary schools.

The program focuses on equipping girls with the necessary skills, information and tools to enable them participate effectively at all levels of the society.

This program is currently on-going in three (3) secondary schools in Lagos State:

·         Gbagada Senior Grammar Schools 1 & 2

·         Ifako Comprehensive Secondary School
