KIND’s organizational structure is lean and efficient; its main office is in Lagos State, Nigeria and it has a satellite office in New York City, USA. The present organogram comprises of its small board of directors as well as a Management team with a multi-ethnic, multi-religious staff that coordinates activities.
Rasheed Owonifari – Head of Administration and Finance
Rasheed is the head of Administration and Finance. He is a corporate accountant with extensive experience across a wide range of companies. Highly adept in the implementation and management of accounting systems and procedures. He has the ability to compile, verify, analyse, interpret and disseminate critical financial data (actual, forecast and budget) to all major stakeholders and in multiple currencies. Experienced in acquisition accounting and mergers, competent in statutory reporting and tax related tasks. He holds HND accounting, PGD Finance and PE II ICAN.
Tolulope Aderibigbe – Program Coordinator
Tolulope, a pragmatic and dynamic personality, is skilled at managing interactive sessions for budding entrepreneurs on product branding, marketing and advertising. She’s a seasoned facilitator, has facilitated several leadership sessions for young women in tertiary institutions. She has co-written publications and newsletters on issues of L.G.A accountability. She holds a Diploma in Project Management, Bachelors degree in Agricultural Extension & Rural sociology. She’s currently pursuing her master’s degree in Environmental Management. She has a strong passion for the cause of women liberation and empowerment.
Bolanle Akinteye – Program Officer
Bolanle is a graduate of Marketing from The Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo State. She is a dedicated, diligent and hardworking person. Her choleric personality adds strength to the team and ensures goals are achieved. She loves meeting people and strongly believes in promoting the ideas of every individual. Bolanle Akinteye has undergone several training which includes KUDRA Training of Trainers, Adobe Youth Voices, Young Voices for Change (YV4C) facilitators training, amongst others.
Doyin Fagbohun — Account/Administrative Assistant
Doyin is the accounting/admin offer for KIND with more than 5 years experience. She is responsible for carrying out month-end close responsibilities, financial statements & reports and balance sheet reconciliations. She is proactive, and also the focal point in administration task with hands-on experience in diverse office environments. She is Knowledgeable in current Organisation trends and technology. Experienced communicator and team player. She has an OND in Accounting from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Daniel Obinaso — Program Officer/ IT Assistant
Daniel has a Diploma in Computer Science from the Institute of Management and Technology (MANTECH) and also B.Sc. Statistics from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State. Obinaso has undergone several trainings which includes KUDRA Training of Trainers, Young Voices for Change (YV4C) facilitators training, amongst others and facilitates several leadership sessions for young women and men in higher institutions. He is a dedicated, hardworking and efficient young man.
Gbemi Akintunde – Program Officer
A honors degree holder in statistics from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Gbemi is an Oracle certified Associate and an International Development personnel with practical experience in project facilitation and evaluation. He has also participated in numerous projects on the girl child and has passion for data analysis.
