VDAY. LAGOS 2008. VAGINA MONOLOGUES.

Between March 6th and March 20th, 2008 KIND, with sponsorship from Cordaid, an international NGO based in the Netherlands and in partnership with Project Alert on Violence against Women, Media Concern Initiative for Women and Children, Ajegunle Community Project (ACP) and Civil Liberties Organization (CLO) staged six perfomances of V Monologues: The Nigerian Story, a play inspired by the Vagina Monologues. The play was wholly Nigerian with all the monologues based on interviews gotten from Nigerian women across the country.
